New Sales:
10% commission on rent for a 1 - 12 month lease.
Expansions:
Receive 10% commission on rent for expansions outside of original Servcorp location.^
Dedicated Desk:
PHP 7,500 per Dedicated Desk package sold. This can be paid via EFT transfer, cheque or as a discount to their own services.
Hot Desk:
PHP 5,000 per Hot Desk package sold. This can be paid via EFT transfer, cheque or as a discount to their own services.
Virtual Office Package:
PHP 3,500 Virtual Office package at 3 months.
Address or Communications Package:
PHP 1,500 per package at 3 months.
Upgrades:
If a Virtual Office client upgrades to a Service Office in the first 6 months, new sales commission is payable minus any commission amount already paid.
Receive a PHP 1,000 commission on all successful meeting room or boardroom referrals.

A Servcorp Manager will contact you to confirm that we’ve received your client referral and work with your referral to welcome them to Servcorp.
Once the referral process is completed, a Servcorp Manager will contact you promptly on your commission.

1. After 30 days if we have been unable to make direct contact with your referral or you have never updated the status of the referral with us, the referral will be automatically considered no longer valid.
2. In the case that several agents send the same referral to us, Servcorp will accept the referral that arranged a tour first, unless instructed otherwise by the enquiry.
*Agent must be actively involved in the renewal negotiations and initiate the discussion with Servcorp prior to the required notice period, as per the client agreement to receive commission. If Servcorp has already commenced the discussion, commission is not payable. Office renewal commission does not apply for agreements less than 6 months. Note: Office renewal is not applicable on multiple short term renewals totalling 6 months after initial term. Coworking renewal will be paid quarterly. ^Agent must initiate the discussion with Servcorp and be involved in expanding their client to locations outside the initial location to be eligible for the commission. If Servcorp has already commenced the discussion, commission is not payable. Agent will be eligible to receive commission on up to 5 locations only. +Commission is only payable when the client enters their 3rd month from commencement date. Should the client terminate before this time, commission is not payable.
1. Payable upon receipt of the initial payment and signed service agreement.
2. Pro-rata applies when a contract is not concluded for the entire initial term.
